Restaurant General Manager

Minimum QualificationMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/ Hotel/Restaurant Management, or related field, plus three years experience as Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Manager required. In the alternative, bachelor’s degree in business/hospitality/hotel/ restaurant management or related field plus 5 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Manager.

 

Job Duties- Working on problems with diverse scope with limited supervision, manage, direct, and coordinate activities of Indian specialty foods restaurant operations. Supervise inventory, pricing, sales, government compliance. Manage staff, oversee and direct financial, budget activities.
