Amber (sky) Dhara (earth) is the brand new concept from Vijay Bist. Here his long time dream of opening a gourmet  Indian  restaurant in downtown Palo Alto comes true.

The vision for this restaurant is to do seasonal, regional, sustainable & unique menu paired with an extensive wine & cocktail list & friendly service.

We have  researched and compiled a contemporary menu which has a fresh look whilst using the traditional recipes; the age old recipes are followed to the core using layers of spices with nouvelle cooking techniques.
